Evri

Evri is useless as a delivery company.  They either fail to deliver on time, which means waiting all day, or I have been waiting for over a week.  I continue waiting for a delivery.  I want to buy security cameras from an eBay seller. If the seller uses Evri then I will buy from elsewhere. Now, eBay should inform sellers not to use Evri otherwise  they will lose business.

Evri

Whilst it's certainly true that Evri have a very bad reputation reported here, but to be fair, no one will come here praising any postal service / aspect of eBay,  it's a forum for complaints for others to try and solve! 🤔

Many sellers have had issues with Evri and there is an option for them to deselect their service from their listings.

I personally believe it's the actual person delivering who can be at fault.  We are very lucky in having an incredible Evri delivery lady.  She's always on time, sending me many messages informing me of a window of a few hours for delivery,  and to date, she's never failed.  Evri does not fail All their customers so no, eBay will not remove their services from their site.

If you are unlucky enough to have a ' bad' delivery person in your area,  then yes, advisable to seek sellers who do not use Evri.

Evri

I love Evri, in my area they are very efficient, if they miss you they will pop a card through and you get an email letting you know when they will call back.

I don't sell much on ebay but when I do I always use Evri , and have never yet been let down yet, or had any problems.

We have more trouble with Royal Mail, some things can take weeks to arrive. We try to avoid things that say they are coming with RM. But this is your experience so if I were you I would carry on avoiding anyone sending by Evri.
