Evri parcel damaged beyond repair

Hi, 

Is anyone able to give any advice.

I have a parcel that is listed as beyond repair. I am the seller and have issued a refund.

The postage was Evri through eBay.

Both eBay and Evri are being unhelpful and I have no idea where to make a claim.

Any help would be appreciated
