Evri not posted

I’ve not received my item. It’s been about 45 days. Evri is saying delivered on 5th December but then saying delivery failed 23rd December it’s been delayed. I cannot contact eBay no matter how hard I try as it says it’s delivered on eBay. I’m so stressed as the seller just keeps telling me to speak to eBay and I can’t. Any help would be much appreciated as I’m really struggling to do anything. I no longer want the item as I had to order a different one as it was an essential item.

If 30 days have passed your item's last estimated date for delivery,  then it is too late to try any claim with eBay.

Try your payment provider,   they may require actual proof the item was delivered,  and not just had an  'attempted delivery'.
