Evri lets us down almost Evri time. It has taken two weeks for an item to be delivered and this after several emails and AI chats with Evri Customer services when they just send you round in circles. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The seller left poor feed back because no payment was transferred until the item was delivered. 
Another delivery took 10 days  coinciding with the first.

Please Ebay give other options for deliveries such as via DPD, and Royal Mail which to used be available and reliable. Limiting deliveries to Evri means  disappointment and  chaos. I will not try to sell anything  on Ebay while this new system is in place.

What ever you think, and why ever you think it, Ebay do not restrict sellers to Evri.

I only ever use Royal Mail.

Even with Simple Delivery, Royal Mail is an option and sellers can choose to not use Evri at all.

Business sellers can use any delivery company they choose.  Ebay don't, and haven't ever, insisted that sellers use Evri.
