I handed over a package to evri shop on the 27th (despite using Sellotape all around) the label had come undone (it appears to be anyway) and Evri stuck it on a random package which had another label and delivered it to my buyer. so the items received were clothing which wasn’t what I sold. The buyer opened a case claiming she did not get her package. This morning eBay close the case without refunding her! Completely unfair! The buyer has now opened a return. Which means I will get a number of random clothing instead of my original item. There is very little hope of locating my item. Most importantly, despite eBay assuring me verbally that both the buyer and the seller are protected, it doesn’t seem the case. Any advice is much appreciate appreciated. Many thanks
