Evri has lost the parcel Jan 2024!

Private seller.#

Item was sent via Ebay's service through Evri.

Buyer receives an notification of failed delivery on the 8th and stating they will redeliver on the 10th.

However they log the delivery complete on the 8th. the photo of delivery proof does NOT show the parcel in the photo! I have been trying to get through the chat bot of Evri. but nothing. the buyer also receives a massage to contact seller and when I contact them as a seller, I get the same message to contact the seller.

I need to here from Evri that they surely have lost the parcel before start looking at refunding the buyer. but there is no way to get support from them. It is shocking customer service. Trying to find support from Ebay is almost just as bad. Can anyone help on here
