Evri generated a label with the wrong weight

Evri automatically generated a postage label with the wrong postage weight, .5kg instead of 1kg, I was unable to cancel it so decided to post by Royal Mail which was £2 cheaper for a much better service. Annoyingly even tho i have entered the Royal mail tracking number and the item has been delivered, it is not registering as delivered on my ebay account, so I have not been paid.

I also feel I am entitled to my money back for the Evri label but the ebay app will not let me cancel the postage which hasn't been used......help please

You can't cancel a "Simple Delivery" label, which it will be unless you opted out during listing process.  If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website you can contact ebay to get your money released using callback on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Otherwise it will be released after 14 days.
