Personally, I only receive items by Evri, and cannot praise them enough for their prompt delivery.
This is because, I have a super Evri delivery lady, who is always on time, polite and messages me with updated correct tracking details.
It all depends on the person you have delivering your items. Yes there are horror stories here, but few will come here to write a positive review for a courier, as the forum is primarily one for people with issues / problems and seeking advice how to fix the problem.
