Evri. Paid postage twice

Hi

I used Evri drop off & tried to print a label.This failed so I went into the shop. Very helpful & they did everything for me & used QR code rather than print label.I have now been charged double the the amount ie 

£4.06 x2. Total £8.12.

My eBay shows the item as being posted twice but only one is being tracked.

Unable to contact eBay or Evri to ask how I get a refund for one label.

If you used Simple delivery,  then you will be automatically refunded  for the unused label,  but you may need to wait around 30 days for that.

If you are still lucky enough to be able to select Custom Postage then for that label this is how to receive a refund.  You may need to wait 24 hours for the label to appear before being able to cancel it.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 - 21 days to process.

Hi Thankyou for your advice.I have found it so confusing because neither EBay or Evri are contactable.

Unable to find a link that allows me to cancel the unwanted label so I will follow your advice & wait whilst monitoring the situation.Didnt know that page existed until you showed me where to look.

HI Again

Just had second look at what you suggested now I am finding my way around the pages.

Pretty sure I have located the custom page.Followed your instructions & think that I have cancelled the postage label.Recieved a message stating that eBay will now inform the courier & that I will be refunded in a few days.

All looks good anyway.
