Error on buying from regular seller in the Netherlands

Tried to buy something from a seller that I have used numerous times when I go to checkout this comes up

To complete your order, go to checkout and update your shipping Address or ask the seller if they can ship to your location

I have not changed address does anyone know what it means?

It may help if you ask the seller to put you on their Buyer's Exemption list.

Maybe the seller has changed their settings to where they wish to post to, then the  above will help.

It is strange as I only brought from them a couple of weeks ago he is someone I buy from regularly why would this only just happen. Some thing is in the back of my mind that he was going away  but I cannot see anything on his listing now would this have anything to do with it.

Could be as you say “gone away” but I would have thought listings would mention this.

As suggested message seller, if there is a problem then he can probably sort it out.
