Error message when listing and relisting

Every time I try to relist an item or create a new listing I'm getting an error message stopping progress.

Not sold for a year or more --- may need an account update using a PC/Laptop >.

Should the error message persist, try adding a Bank Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments using these links .
