Error in retrieving order

I ordered 1 items few days ago which suppose to deliver by today but neither are showing in y purchase history. I received a confirmation email for  item. But when I click the 'Track Order' links it comes up with the error, '

Order not found. Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving my order.

If the order is not showing in your eBay Purchases you may have made this as a ' Guest Purchase' , your eBay account is not used for this purpose.

This  link below, will explain how to find your order details and make any claim in the future,  if you need to . 

Do be aware,  those delivery dates,  are only eBay's estimated and can be a tad optimistic,  they are not a guaranteed date,  so worth waiting a day or 2 longer.
