Hi. Every time I print a label for Evri at the parcel shop they ask me to put my email address in the hand held device. This is so I get an automated message instead of being given a receipt. I was told today if I updated my records I wouldn't need to provide the email details every time. Can anyone explain how to resolve this? Thank you.
