Hello, I have a problem with an eBay seller who sold me a broken engine that I sent back under warranty and he doesn't want to send me a new one or give me my money back. I have all the purchase and return confirmations. Please help. he has been ignoring me for a very long time it is a large amount over 800 pounds. he guaranteed to send me a new engine if you get the broken one back, I sent him the engine a month ago and I haven't received anything yet. you stopped answering my phone. I am attaching proof of purchase and return of the engine

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days,so they won't help now.
Try your payment provider or trading standards.

Or Citizens Advice (or a solicitor) if you have to consider legal proceedings.
Before resorting to the courts, your best hope is that you credit or debit card issuer may be able to help; especially if you paid by credit card. Good luck.

eBay won't get involved, but if you paid with a debit or credit card you have 120 days from your payment date to issue a chargeback - are you still within this timeframe?
If so, contact your card provider straight away.
