I assume it was the negative (positive feedback can't be changed).

Seller has to send you feedback request form,

only change it if issue resolved, it can't be changed again.

Unless seller has given you a full or substantial refund, why ever would you want to change  a well deserved negative.

Beware any promises are unlikely to be kept once fb changed.
