Ebays postage label robbery

 Has anyone managed to get a refund in 14 days when ebay overcharge for labels 

  Simple delivery is proving to be anything but simple .

They only refund if the replacement postage is tracked and you've added the new number to ebay.

Which I did and got buyer feedback too.

No wonder people are going to vinted and market place

You have to make your claim within 14 days, it then takes considerably longer to actually get a refund.

The form clearly says 14 days so they have been put on legal notice .

One ebay person said oh thats working days - someone else at ebay tried to
say its 28 days

Apparently now 5 more days ( currently on 19)

Quick enough to take but not refund - private buyers

Apparently those with a business account can cancel automatically

I did all that . and sent the claim form back on 9th October - still waiting .. Buyer left positive feedback too
