I returned an item for order 21-13622-32267, but Royal Mail sent the parcel back to me with a red sticker saying the address was incorrect.
I used the return label provided by eBay, so it seems there was an issue with the address on the label, not from my side.
The case is currently on hold until 30 Oct 2025, but I want to make sure you are aware that the parcel was returned to me and not delivered to the seller.
I have photos of the package and the Royal Mail sticker as proof.
Please let me know how to proceed to get my refund.
