Hello,

I returned an item using the eBay return label (Royal Mail tracking OY847623075GB).

Royal Mail sent the parcel back to me with a red sticker saying "address incorrect."

The return address was provided by eBay, not by me.

I have the parcel with me and can send you a photo.

Please help me with my refund.

eBay normally only require attempted delivery for returns.  You can contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:

This is a member to member forum.

You need to contact Ebay as advised.

You should delete that screenshot from your profile photos in the forum as it shows your full address.

It looks as if the issue with the return was that there is no number for the recipient, just a road name.
