Ebay says awaiting delivery

Hi, I recently had 2 items for sale and the buyer wanted them both, so I sent an offer for each one, all was good, they paid and O posted them off in 1 box using only 1 of the labels, he had received the items and left feedback, but one of the items is still marked as 'waiting for delivery' because I only used one of the labels.  What can I do please?

Some say you can add the same tracking for both items,  have you tried this ?  I have never done this so I'm  sorry, not sure if it can be done.

If you cannot manually add that tracking to the other item,  you can contact eBay Customer Services explain both items sent in on package with one tracking.  If they won't add that tracking for the other item,  you will have to wait 14 days for the payout for the second item.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
