Ebay's stupid AI blocking reply to buyer

I tried to reply to buyer giving info and Ebay's stupid AI bot decied that

a) I was trying to contact buyer - yet no contact info was offered nor asked for.

b) I was trying to sell outside Ebay, which again I wasn't - I'm not that stupid! Only Ebay is!

3) It ahs now red exclamatino maked me and whatever I try to send as a reply is removed with the same stupid Ebay response. How do I actually complain ot Ebay themslves?

If you complain to ebay be prepared for them to question your account status.

You are trading illegally as a business on a private account.

Thanks for your points and speedy reply.
The matter turns out to be more complex than first appears. I am a sole trader and so all my finances are interlinked. Thus I’m not trading illegally as might first appear. Also, all receipts go into the business account anyway. Ebay played its part with this situation.. Probably not worth going into other than Ebay only a couple of days ago “freed” me from their tentacles that was the cause of your reasonable observation, namely they had blocked me from opening my wanted business account by delaying closure of a previous, dead account that I wanted the change of name, and with it the associated bank account.

Now that I have access to said account, by end of play tomorrow all will have ported over and all relevant entries will have been deleted.
