Ebay refunded the buyer but I haven’t got my item back

I sold a label printer and it turned out it was the wrong model so the buyer sent it back but it got sent to an old address so the item went back to the buyer. The tracking number confirmed it’s been delivered but not to me and now eBay refunded the buyer. What do I do ?

Make sure you have amended all of your addresses - you have to change your address five separate times.

Updating one address doe not change the rest.

Then, contact the buyer and ask them if they will return the item to you at your correct address.

You will need to provide payment for postage or a label.

There is nothing you can do through Ebay.
