Ebay issued a refund from my bank acct

hello,

I am a private seller who mistakenly posted a wrong colour item to a buyer. When the returned the wrong colour, we sent them the right one which was confirmed as received.

However, I now note ebay has issued a refund through my bank to the customer.

Has anyone had similar experience and how can I get my money back? 

I just can't see on the website how to request a refund from ebay.

Unless buyer closed case, they can escalate to ebay to get refund. 

Best way was to get item back, refund and buyer buy again. 

Ebay won't make buyer refund you.

You are also trading as unregistered business, upgrade now before force you to.
