Ebay is protecting criminal activity

Fraudulent software that is hacked Haynes Pro seller top-discount-paris is a criminal hacking licence.  It does not function as hacked software on pro code reader.  Ebay refused to refund after complant to protect fraudulent profit.

Looking at the neg you left, it seems that you purchased a code/licence sent digitally [by Email] and eBay don't cover that as it's not allowed to be sold.

If you paid by PayPal you could contact them as they cover some digitally delivered items.

If you paid with a debit or credit card then issue a not as described chargeback via your card provider.
