Ebay international shipping

Hi. A US seller is selling an item stating Ebay International Shipping is available.  I live in the UK but when I go to details only the US is available in the dropdown.  There are a few excluded countries but not the UK.

I can't get the seller to recheck the settings.

Send the seller a message asking them to check their site preferences to ensure the UK is not blocked and that you are not on their excluded buyers list.

What is the item?  Perhaps this is a restricted item which cannot be sent overseas.
