Hello, can anyone tell me why eBay are holding funds? I’ve purchased 2 items from same seller. The money has left my account but eBay isn’t releasing the money to the seller and now the seller thinks it’s my fault!
Its not your fault, its your seller not understanding ebay's ways. If its a private seller then funds are not released until 2 days after delivery is confirmed but they need to include the tracking number. If not its a 14 day hold in many cases. Otherwise do as @papso22 says.
