Ebay has blocked us from contact, how do we speak with them

Our account has been permanently suspended, we cannot sign in, we have not been able to speak with anyone to try to undersatnd what the issues have been. We are honest bona fida account holders.

Our responses may have slow or poor, but we have not done anything to warrant the action they have taken.

Ebay are now holding our funds, they have totally blocked us as if we were hackers or frauds.

We are considering taking legal action, something  we would prefer not to do.

How can we speak with Ebay to directly to unravel this mess.

I can give you the contact details for eBay Customer Services,  but doubt it will do any good,  a permanent suspension means a lifetime ban.  They will not discuss the suspension at any length and will just tell you to refer to the email sent to you,  minforming of the suspension.

We have no access to your account or seller dashboard to see any low star ratings,  or neg feedbacks received some come with damaging account defects,  have a look there to see if that gives any clues

Is there anyone in your household with a restrictd account?  Or has anyone used your account or log in with your laptop / device ?  Anyone here with a restricted account this will pass to you to stop that person avoiding their suspension.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Have you checked your spam filter as some emails from ebay can end up in there.

If you can no longer sign in and you have been permanenty suspended, then opening another account means that to will get blocked to (ie the ID your posting on in here)

Ebay will not respond to you about this suspension and can hold your payments for upto 180 days!

There are several reasons for suspensions/restrictions and one can be down to linking you to another account that has been suspended,so someone who has used your ISP address,used your computer, stayed at your address,and so the list goes on......
