Well i think it's about time people told ebay sort your system out, yes i have had two stupid changes one was a return when barcode could not be used and i have no printer so was sent return label to email told postie could scan that RUBBISH! no they cannot then i made a mistake closed the return and told cannot make a new return, what a stupid policy, then i sold item funds put into ebay account not bank looks like ebay are making rules to suit them not their customers, so this is the UK adress for ebay HQ write to them let's get this back to a customer run system not a ebay one. ebay commerce uk ltd.
