Ebay can't see buyer's messages

Hi, whenever a buyer tries to message me about anything I receive the message "Your buyer has reached out about their order. Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions." My only delivery options are Simple Delivery since I'm a private seller. Is there any way for me to receive my buyer's messages?

That is a standard and badly worded message from ebay.  As it's about Simple delivery you don't need to be involved.

That is unless you have evidence that the message has nothing to do with delivery queries.

Hi, thank you for your response.

So if the message isn't delivery related will I receive it? Because the second time I received that notification was when a buyer was replying to me after I answered their question about item specifics (not delivery related).
