I have noticed a problem of undercharging buyers by £10 when making an offer and automatic payment taken via paypal. The ebay buying record shows you have paid correct amount however £10 less has gone out via Paypal. This has happened twice to me and I only noticed when I got a refund for one of the items. It generated a full refund and also a £10 paypal credit. I spent 2 hours trying to notify ebay about this and eventually got through to customer services. I was however not confident that the ebay staff member fully understood hence posting here. Has this happened to anyone else? This could equate to a considerable ebay loss of revenue.
