Ebay Shop Cancelled My Promotions And I Can't Restart Them

All of my promotions i've been running in my ebay store have all just ended today. My promotions are always ongoing like for example Buy 2 Get 1 Free. I've gone into seller have to restart them and it doesn't give me the option. I can't even create a new promotion. Any help would be great

Multi-buy  and other promotions are now only available to business sellers

That  means they are only available to business sellers trading on ebay business accounts.

Business sellers trading on private accounts don't get them.
