I'm trying to list a beer mat, but Ebay's 'Simple Delivery' is trying to tell me the postage label will be a large letter, when in fact I know it will be a small letter. Furthermore, Ebay's automated assistant doesn't understand me and when I ask to speak to a agent, tells me 'something went wrong'. The old postage tool used to be so easy. I've now spent the best part of an hour trying to sort this out.
Can anyone offer me any advice, or am I better off using a different sales platform?
