Ebay Automated chat box not allowing me to talk

Hi community

I'm trying to talk to the ebay automated chatbox so i can get through to a real human being on a refund postage label query i did 3.5 weeks ago (said it would be resolved and paid after 2) 

but everytime i load the chatbox the previous histroy conversation appears and im unable to type/proceed further as everything is greyed out (this is the same on 3 different devices)

any help here would be wonderful!
