EBay will not remove a scam Motorhome

I recently got scammed for a deposit, reported and got my money back.

I have reported the item twice to eBay as not genuine, it was previously sold on eBay over 2 years ago, someone copied all the information, including videos. They say it doesn’t break their rules, even when I gave the the fraud reference I had from my bank and police.

How can I actually get them to take it down?

That listing has ended.

Even with a fraudulent listing, buyers shouldn't get caught out. Payment must be made on collection, and for years there have been scam warnings in the media about not sending a deposit to a stranger online.

I get that, but how can I contact eBay to remove the listing is the question

They won't remove it on your say so.
