EBay system error refund

I sold an item, buyer paid and then collected the item in person. I've since receive an email from eBay saying due to a system error eBay has had to cancel my prefer and refund the buyer. Does anyone know what this is? How do I contact eBay?

This has been mentioned by another seller today,so check your have received the payment and no refund has been issued.

It could well be an ebay site issue.
