EBay has not sent my money into my bank account. Now 4 weeks

I sold a item and buyer paid, but EBay hasn't paid the money into my bank account. It's now 4 weeks, and I have asked EBay before, but still no payment. My bank details are correct.

There is no reason why my payout is on hold. I can see the money in my EBay account, but want it paid into my bank account.

You have to withdraw it, they only send it automatically four times a year.
