Ours seems to be fine this morning, the awaiting dispatch tab in the hub is showing orders paid for overnight.
It could be a ebay glitch just in the first instance clear your cache of cookies etc and if possibly try a different browser to see if the problem persists. Firefox and Chrome usually work well.
