EBay giving me a wrong message about a sale

I sent a delivery to a buyer, they received it and gave positive feedback, but eBay is messaging me saying I have not yet sent the item. I have proof of posting as well as messages from the buyer confirming delivery. Could this affect my rating as a seller?

Is the item tracked and if so does the tracking prove delivery?

If there's no tracking, you'll have to wait a couple of weeks for payment.
