EBay changes to posting for sellers

My wife regularly sells items on EBay, it’s her hobby. She has an account with the post office. The postman comes and collects the parcels, with pre paid sticky labels. EBay has now stopped this. You now need your own printer and have to drop off the parcels. As a result, she has had to suspend her account, and is now looking at rivals to EBay. Based on Facebook groups this is affecting thousands of sellers here in the U.K. what a way for EBay to destroy their businesses.

It's a pity they didn't all contact eBay customer support to complain. The message may have got through to eBay management to take a second look at simple delivery.

Complaining to other members may not achieve anything, but you will find endless conversations to join in the discussion boards.
