EBay balance

Hi, can anyone help? I have a chunk of money in my eBay balance only when I get to checkout it doesn’t give me the option to use it- the slider bar is inactive and I’m constantly met with the message “You don’t have any available eBay balance…”

There's more than enough there to pay for what I’m after.

It may not be a cleared payment, it may be being held. When it's available it will show as a balance you can use at checkout.
