EBay altering the way sellers can choose how their post items to buyers

Hi I used to be able to sent items to buyers by delivery to be signed for. Can’t do that now.

its buyers who can choose. If an item is valuable I want it signed for so I can prove buyer has received it. Please rethink and give buyers the choice on how we send items.

eBay's Simple Delivery postage covers sellers for loss or damage in transit for up to £750.   The buyer has to open the correct case:   "Not received" for loss, or an "Item Damaged" return for damage in transit.
