When a customer requests a return for INAD on an eBay Global Shipping Order. I need to create the label but I don’t have the buyers delivery address for a organised collection as it went GSP. Do I need to get the address from the customer or can I just use drop off options with UPS or DHL for example? The customer is in Republic of Ireland. Also, I’m guessing for customs info will just be able to put Return item. Thanks!
