I keep getting the message "We looked everywhere." when trying to insert an offer. I cannot proceed yet the listing is clearly current and available. Is there any way round this problem?

Somebody else with the exact same problem has spoken with eBay, who say it's a technical issue right now.
They were using desktop but found that it was okay when they switched to their mobile.
