Ebay New Policy with Collecting & Spending Nectar Points Changed on 1 September 2024.
I was advised by eBay to Convert My Nectar Points Collected From eBay Purchases into eBay Vouchers Where These Could Be Spent When Making a Purchase on eBay.
I Turned My Points into 10 Vouchers, But The Vouchers Could Not Be Found on My eBay Account.
I Contacted Nectar.Com And They Confirmed That My Points Were Converted on in August 2024 into eBay Vouchers. I Now Need To Find My Vouchers To Be Able To Spend Them.
eBay is Not Helpful in The Way They Provide Help or Answering Customers Queries. There is No Way a Customer Could Speak To a Customer Service To Explain What’s The Specific Issue They Are Experiencing.
I Would Rate eBay With ZERO in Terms of Customer Service !
