EBAY UK SHIPPING TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS

Well I'm totally hacked off at EBay.  I have been told by a Kent-based seller that shipping from an EBay default UK location classed the Scottish Highlands as NOT IN THE UK.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  Whilst there may be additional shipping charges to apply to get there, how can I get in contact with EBay to change their position on this please ?  Thank you.

This is probably to do with Evri, one of ebay's chosen couriers.    They charge more for outer regions plus Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.   

Royal Mail charge the same for all these places so ask the seller to opt out of using Evri in their postage preferences and relist and you should be able to buy from them.
