EBAY HAVE £5000 ON HOLD FOR OVER 4 MONTHS

I have been selling on ebay for 20 years with no problems - but ever since I started buying all my postage through ebay alot of the tracking is not getting updated when the orders are delivered.
BECAUSE THE TRACKING IS NOT GETTING UPDATED - (EVEN THOUGH I AM LEFT FEEDBACK) - EBAY WILL NOT RELEASE MY FUNDS - THIS IS CRIMINAL
I have spoken to ROYAL MAIL they say this is an ongoing internal problem that ebay know about.
Ebay have asked me to personally phone all 260+ customers to get to say if the orders have been delivered..
Ridiculous suggestion ,
NO ONE IN EBAY IS ABLE TO HELP THEY JUST PASS YOU FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT , THEY PROMISE THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT BUT LIKE WITH EVERY OTHER PROBLEM I HAVE HAD IN 20 YEARS -
THE STAFF ARE USLESS IN SOLVING ANY ISSUES ....
Is there anyone else out there with the same problem..?
