Letting sellers RIP buyer off.
You need to wise up about the risks of buying on eBay.
If you had read the first two paragraphs of the user agreement you would know that eBay is simply a platform where items can be advertised for sale. The actual sale is entirely between you and the seller.
The only protection eBay provides is it's own, 30 day money back guarantee for most items sold here. After that eBay has no further interest.
eBay even warns buyers in the user agreement that "they do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions". They couldn't make it clearer that buying from strangers here isn't like the shops. eBay is a jungle.
