E bay won't let me send auction items internationally why?

All my buy it now items are sent through GSP but my auction items are UK only. I can't find anywhere to change the auction items to international shipping, any ideas? Thanks

I looked at a few of your listings, you are enrolled in GSP, so do sell internationally.

1 point to note is that you can not export any item than may have contained or come into contact with fuel.

Others have report that even if item is clean, it is still rejected.
