Hi I sold an item on 2 December 2024 , the buyer received it and was happy with it, but I sent it via Royal Mail as it was cheaper than printing the eBay postage. I marked it as despatched but e bay is saying it has yet to be posted! They didn’t release my money to me, I bought something else and this was paid for out of the purchase money held by them for the item I sold. I can’t get in touch with them, no email address or phone number only a robot which takes me round in circles.
i have more things to sell, hoping to do it before the policy changes again in February, after that I won’t use eBay. Used to be good but now terrible!
