Duplicated postage costs

Hi, I have accidentally over ordered the postage for an item. There are 5 x postage transactions at £2.94 each for an item whereas there should only be one. What is the best way to get the payments refunded?

Were these purchased through eBay?  Then proceed this way for your refund,  you may need to wait 24 hours for the labels to show,  before being able to void them for your refund.

Find your label with this link . https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/lmng/labels-history/seller-hub and to the left of the sales record there is a drop down menu under 'Actions' click on that , then click on 'Void Label'.

The refund will take between 5 -21  days to process.
