Duplicate accounts

I seem to have several eBay accounts. I’ve been using one for all my purchases, but it seems that one item was purchased through one of the other (never used before) account.

i cannot find the correct account, and despite posting the sale with complete set of numbers, the seller says “

 

dear customerWe have found your order, but the order ID does not match the ID you used to contact uswould you pls use original ID to contact us via inbox messagesince ebay only identify thathope your kindly understanding!kind regards

It may be possible that you purchased your recent item as a guest rather than your regular account. If you have the email address you can search on the link here.

If you don't have those details contact customer support through the contact us option on your account. They will need to verify your details to help review the order.
